Sleep Legends
These Terms govern access to and use of Sleep Legends and this support site. By using the app or this site, the user agrees to these Terms.
Sleep Legends is an iPhone service offering bedtime audio stories, ambient sounds, sleep tracking features, and related support information.
Some stories and features are available for free, while additional content and functionality may be offered through Sleep Legends Premium.
Users must use the service in compliance with applicable law and Apple’s platform terms.
Sleep Legends is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Users may not misuse the service, reverse engineer it, republish content without permission, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with the operation of the app or support site.
All text, audio, artwork, interface elements, branding, design, and software included in Sleep Legends are owned by the operator or the relevant rights holders.
Sleep Legends Premium is provided as an auto-renewing subscription. Pricing follows the App Store listing, and the current metadata for the app describes monthly and yearly plans together with a 7-day free trial.
Payment is charged to the user’s Apple ID at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management and cancellation are available in Apple ID subscription settings.
Sleep Legends is provided on an as-available basis. While reasonable efforts are made to keep the service reliable and accurate, uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose are not guaranteed.
Feature availability may depend on device settings, operating system limitations, permission status, network conditions, and third-party services such as Apple Health, notifications, or RevenueCat.
Sleep Legends may change, add, suspend, or remove features, pricing, content, or support-site materials when necessary.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a material update means the user accepts the revised Terms.
